Most patients only need local anaesthetic for the placement of dental implants, which we provide using the pain-free Wand injection system. However, we are also fully equipped to provide treatment under conscious sedation at our Leicesterdental practice, for nervous patients or those undergoing lengthier procedures.

Over a period of a few months, your dental implants will heal and fully integrate with your jaw bone.
