Snoring, Sleep Apnoea, Temporomadibular Dysfunction and Bruxism

27-07-2020

Congratulations to Anoop on completing his accredited courses!

A lot of people suffer from snoring and in more severe this can obstruct your airway, causing sleep apnoea. This can be easily rectified with the appropriate devices to correct the position of the jaw during sleep. The airway can then remain unobstructed, allowing a restful nights sleep.

Bruxism (or grinding/clenching) can cause damage and pain to your teeth through tooth wear and fractures. In severe and chronic cases the pain can also develop in the jaw joints known as Temporomandibular joint dysfunction.

We are now able to offer additional services to help manage these conditions. We always aim to maintain and improve the oral and general physical health for our patients 🙂
