How do dental implants work?

Oral surgery? Do I need to take time off work? And will it hurt?

In terms of down time, most people return to normal activities the day after implant surgery. You can manage any post-operative discomfort with over-the-counter painkillers.

How many teeth can dental implants replace?

My dentures used to fit but now they’re loose. Will this happen with my implants?
